The facilities at Peppercorn Holiday Resort were fantastic. I was impressed with the beautiful grounds and the lovely pool. The rooms, although basic, were clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the adjacent playground where my kids could play and the wooded area of the property where we could relax. The food at the restaurant was excellent, with large portions and reasonably priced. The staff, especially Derrick on Reception, were pleasant and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I had a great experience at Peppercorn Holiday Resort and would recommend it to others.

The ambience was super and the meal presentation and plating were excellent. Lastly, the staff members were incredibly kind and courteous, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
All was mostly great, but the hotel should consider addressing the issue of loud music at night to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Our weekend getaway to this rustic resort was fantastic. the ambiance was quiet and peaceful, and the pleasantly accommodating staff kept the kitchen open for us when we arrived late. the new, clean linen added to the overall comfort of our basic, yet comfortable room. We enjoyed playing with our kids in the large, adjacent field with swings and slides. the food was delicious and well-priced, and the service was prompt.

The Perfect Easter Getaway! It was a perfect Easter weekend, the place was serene, and the staff was very friendly. We received complementary Easter eggs, which was amazing! the location was easy to access, being just a few minutes from the main road. the view was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the outdoor activities such as hiking and bonfire. the rooms were tidy, and the linen was clean and new.
Improvement Areas There was a brief water shortage, but the hotel offered hot water at our doorstep any time there was a water outage, which was nice. the food selection was limited, and items quickly ran out, often leaving us with few options.

The resort has an excellent set of options for children entertainment. The environment leaves guests relaxed with beautiful natural surroundings and tranquility. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with excellent hospitality skills.
The rooms do not feature workable TVs, which may be problematic for some guests. A few staffers may not have the best attitudes during periods of high traffic or pressure.
